Dear Friends:

Another great weekend for Art Past Dark is being planned!  This year’s Gala, “An Evening in the South Pacific”, will be held in the new South Pacific Showroom at the Hangar Hotel on Saturday, November 10, 2007.  There will be food, entertainment, live and silent auctions, as well artists displaying some of their works in the Q-Hut.  Thanks to last year’s sponsors and participants, FAAA was able to distribute $10,000 to the art programs of the public and private schools of Gillespie County.

The FAAA will be printing two publications. The Art Past Dark Weekend Program will detail the events of the weekend and the Fredericksburg Arts & Antiques Guide will list galleries, restaurants, vineyards, lodging, retail and services available throughout the area. The Weekend Program will be distributed to all participants of Art Past Dark and the Arts & Antique Guide will be available to visitors daily at the Fredericksburg Convention & Visitors Bureau.

To have an event listed in the Weekend Program, an ad in the Guide ($75 minimum) must be purchased.  Ad purchase details are outlined on the enclosed forms. Press Corps will be handling the printing again this year.  Your ad information may be e-mailed to Marilee Pankratz at Press Corps.

In addition, as a thank you for your past support, we would like to extend an invitation to you to attend our Kickoff Celebration, on Monday, September 17 at 6:00 PM at Artisans at Rocky Hill, 6266 E US Hwy 290.
